Founded in 1998, Wargaming.net originated as a PC games company. However with the demise of retail PC gaming, the corporate shifted its focus to the free-to-play online space. The corporate has succeeded in luring gamers from around the globe into virtual fight. To keep tempo, Wargaming.internet now has over 900 staff in 10 countries around the globe, including a rising presence in San Francisco. The corporate plans on increasing to 1,500 workers throughout the next year as it expands into new markets.
